How much notice do you need on my way to / from Heathrow?
On your way to Heathrow you only need call us once and give 20 minutes notice of your expected arrival time and we meet you outside the terminal departure entrance On your return simply call us and we will deliver your car directly to the Terminal door.
How far will my vehicle be driven ?
Your car is driven directly to / from our compound which is less than 1 mile from Heathrow.
Is your chauffeur fully qualified / insured?
All our chauffeurs have at least 20 years driving experience and we provide fully comprehensive insurance whilst your car is being driven.
How safe will my car be?
Your car remains at all times in Park Mark approved compound (which means the police have approved the site) - we have a high perimeter fencing, site patrols, 24 hour CCTV and barrier control.
What happens after I have made my booking?
You will receive an on screen confirmation and we will also send you a confirmation email including your unique booking reference number and instructions.
How is my stay calculated?
Pre booked Parking is charged per day even if you have unused some of that day. All prices shown are in GBP and include VAT at the current rate.
Can I cancel my booking?
At least 7 days notice is required in order to cancel. A £10.00 administration charge will be levied and deducted from the refunded amount. You can email us using the contact us page to cancel your booking or by calling us on 01753 687 245.
I have a question not listed above, who do I contact?
Please email us using the contact us page or call 01753 687 245 between 6am — 11pm, 7 days a week.
My vehicle details have changed what do I do?
You can update/amend your vehicle details free of charge up to 24 hours before your parking commences, by sending us an email to our contact us page or calling us on 01753 687 245. Alternatively bring the booking voucher on the day and we will accept the change of vehicle.
What payment methods are accepted for pre booking?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta & Maestro (Switch), American Express, Diners Club, Electron and Solo.
When should I book my airport parking?
We suggest that you book as soon as you know your travel dates as this will ensure that a space is reserved for you at our cheapest available price.
How late can I make a booking?
We can accept a booking online up to 24 hours before your departure, and if we have availability you can pay on the day. But we advise you to book as early as possible to ensure a space is reserved for you.
Can I pay on the day?
Yes - subject to space being available.
If I book, does this guarantee my space at the car park?
Yes - our website will only display available parking spaces, so you can be assured when you book we have reserved your space.
What if i return later than the booking?
You will need to pay for the additional days at the current daily rate on your return. If you are aware of a change in dates before you leave you should contact us and let us know. If you are delayed on holiday you should ring us and this will limit any delay on your return.
